CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full cost of the service in order to reschedule. Over the past few months, there has been a noticeable increase in last-minute cancellations (within the hour) and no-call/no-shows. As a result, effective immediately: • There will no longer be a late cancellation fee. • Instead, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the appointment you reserved before rescheduling. I understand that emergencies happen and unforeseen circumstances arise — and I will always make room for genuine exceptions. However, random or repeated excuses will no longer be accepted.
